Allies in Caring is  committed to addressing the Workforce Disparities in Health Care, we do this by:

 

• Supporting the development of  underrepresented minority groups who are interested in joining the mental health-care workforce.

• Integrating cross-cultural education into health-care training.

• Offering free career development training.
