Free Counseling Helpline

If you are concerned about your mental health or the mental health of someone you love, we can help. Our Free Counseling helpline offers telephone counseling, emotional support, information and assistance. Call us to (609) 878-2007, Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. This service is available in English, Spanish, and American Sign Language. If you call after-hours, your call will be answered by a voicemail. Calls will be returned within 48 hours. We understand the uncertainty and rapid changes we are experiencing as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic may be stressful and frightening. Being isolated does not mean being alone; We can help you manage anxiety and together create beneficial solutions for you and your family.
